Step 1 – Registration

Company account was created. Open system Follow this onboarding tutorial to continue with the checklist.

Step 2 – Complete Settings Page

Legal company name was filled in (exactly as in documents). Rental office address was added. One or two valid phone numbers were provided with messengers indicated in this format (WhatsApp). Office hours and days off were defined, as well as public holidays. Accepted payment and deposit retention methods were specified (cash, credit/debit, etc.). Tariffs and seasons were configured to cover 365 days with no overlaps.

Step 3 – Upload Fleet to the Calendar

Vehicle specifications were entered (brand, model, year, fuel, transmission). Prices (must be final for the client), deposits, and excess/franchisee amounts were defined. Live car photos were uploaded (interior + exterior). Photo instructions Car registration certificates were uploaded for each vehicle. Car moderation status was checked (Orange = review, Green = active, Grey = draft).

Step 4 – Set Delivery Conditions

Delivery cities were specified. Delivery “one way” pricing was set (free after X days). Minimal rental period was set. Ask your manager. Locations were configured. Airport and/or Rental office always have free delivery.

Step 5 – Add Equipment & Services

Main extra services were added: TPL insurance (free), second driver, free cancellation. Optional extras were configured (Child seats, crossborder fee, snow chains, insurance packages). Minimum and maximum charges were set (where applicable).

Step 6 – Verification & Moderation

Localrent manager was notified that profile setup was complete. Company details were verified by Localrent. Fleet and photos were reviewed. Delivery conditions were reviewed and confirmed. Extra equipment and services were verified. Pricing and conditions for extras and deliveries were approved.

Step 7 – Customer Support Questionnaire

Fill out the official Localrent customer support questionnaire. Ask your manager. Upload the rental agreement in electronic PDF format.(All pages). Company Google Maps link provided. Submit the form to ensure our support team can answer client inquiries correctly. Inform your manager about the submission.

Step 8 – Final Validation & Support Setup

All rental prices were double-checked and confirmed. Internal bookings were created in the Calendar to show-up real availability. Valid Telegram phone number was provided. Joined official Localrent support group. Ask your manager. Localrent manager got confirmation of readiness to go live.
